Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open MyFitLife360 on your phone, or sign in at app.myfitlife360.com.
- Tap the account button at the top left of any tab to open Settings.
- Scroll down and choose Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out.
By email
If you can’t open the app, email support.myfitlife360@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and settings.
- Everything you logged: food, workouts, activities, water, weight, sleep, mood and other wellbeing entries, including anything imported from Apple Health or Health Connect.
- AI weekly reviews and AI usage records.
- Your encrypted private backup, if you turned one on.
- Your saved AI key, if you added one on the Lifetime plan.
Data is erased from our live systems within 30 days, and remaining copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We may keep limited purchase records where the law requires it.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first so you aren’t charged again.
